you have made payments toward your booking, we
will assume that you have read and accepted
these conditions.
TRAVELLER'S
RESPONSIBILITY DeNure Tours reserves the
right to terminate the trip of any passenger
whose inappropriate actions or conduct
adversely affects others, including other

and employees of partner establishments.
Should your trip be terminated, there will be
no refund for unused portions of the trip and
the cost of returning to the point of
embarkation will be borne by the passenger.
DENURE
TOURS' RESPONSIBILITY It is our
intention to operate all tours as described in
the itineraries. Local operational situations
occasionally force changes and we reserve the
right to make changes where necessary.
DeNure Student Tours has made arrangements
with hotels, transportation services, and
other independent parties beyond its direct
control to provide you with the travel
services offered. DeNure Student Tours
reserves the right to make changes in the
published itinerary whenever conditions
warrant, or if deemed necessary for the
comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour.
DeNure Student Tours will not be liable
for any loss or damage, injury or death that
occurs as a result of government actions,
terrorism, acts of God, late arrivals, missed
connections and other factors beyond our
direct control. In the event a tour must be
rescheduled, DeNure Student Tours shall have
no responsibility beyond the refund of all
fares paid by the passenger to DeNure Student
Tours.
TOUR
PRICES All prices are in
Canadian dollars. Tour prices are based on a
specific number of travellers as negotiated
with the tour leader. If the number of
students in the group is less than the
negotiated number, extra charges will apply to
all students travelling.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise arranged, payments will be
processed by DeNure Student Tours from the
student directly.
Payment schedules
will be established when the tour is booked,
including deposits and regular or final
payments. Generally, a nonrefundable deposit
of $100 per student is required to confirm a
booking, and final payments are required 60
days prior to departure.
DeNure Student

electronic payment and money orders. Visa and
MasterCard are accepted through our website’s

credit cards that were not originally used for
payments, or that exceed the total amount
charged to that card
DENURE
STUDENT TOURS CANCELLATION PROTECTION PLAN DeNure
Student Tours offers all students travelling
in Canada the option of purchasing our
Cancellation Protection Plan, which includes a
‘cancel for any reason prior to departure’
benefit. A rate for this protection will be
quoted at the time of booking. When this is
purchased and paid for with the deposit, if a
student must cancel, all money will be
refunded.
CANCELLATION
CHARGES If
the trip is cancelled more than 60 days prior
to the departure day, all money except the
non-refundable deposit of $100 will be
returned. For cancellations 45-60 days prior
to the departure all but $200 will be
returned. For cancellation 15-45 days prior to
departure, the cancellation fee is 60% of the
tour cost. For cancellation 14 days prior to
the trip, no refund will be given.
HEALTH INSURANCE For tours travelling
outside of Canada, DeNure Student Tours
partners with RBC Insurance to provide
medical, cancellation and trip interruption
insurance. We offer special student group
rates on this coverage and it is not included
in the tour price.
TRAVEL
OUTSIDE OF CANADA - PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION When
travelling from Canada into the USA, students
who are minors require parental consent to
enter the country. The consent document must
be completed prior to departure, and must
accompany any minor travellers on the tour.
Each traveller must be prepared to present the
form, along with a valid identification at the
border.
OUT
OF COUNTRY DOCUMENTATION When travelling into the USA a passport is
required. It takes many weeks to get a
passport and students should start the
application process immediately when a trip is
booked, if they do not already have a valid
passport. A passport must be valid for 6
months after the expected return date.
SPECIAL
NEEDS AND ABILITIES Students
or adults with special needs or physical
limitations may travel on a DeNure Student
Tour. Please let us know in advance of your
departure and we will do everything we can to
accommodate your needs.
Please note
that some hotels are not wheelchair
accessible. We regret that DeNure Student
Tours drivers and tour directors cannot
provide individual assistance to passengers
for mobility, walking, or other personal
needs. Please do not hesitate to call your
DeNure Student Tours representative to discuss
any specific needs.
LUGGAGE
ALLOWANCE Travellers will be allowed one large
suitcase per person and one carry-on bag.
DeNure Student Tours is not responsible for
your luggage, and does not assume claims for
loss of or damage to luggage due to breakage,
theft or wear and tear. Although DeNure staff
are careful in handling luggage, it must be in
a condition sufficient to withstand the normal
loading and unloading process.
HEAVY
OR EXCESSIVE LUGGAGE Heavy luggage harms the
people who handle it. DeNure Tours’ employees
are not required to handle luggage weighing
more than 23 kg. Additional charges will apply
for overweight luggage.
MEAL
STOPS
The motorcoaches are carpeted and the floors
and seats are easily soiled with food. We
discourage having food on the coach, and
therefore make regular stops for meals and
breaks. Bottled water is allowed.
ACCOMODATION Full details about your
accommodations will be made available with
your travel documents. DeNure Student Tours
reserves hotel rooms with two beds and 4
students of the same gender will share a room.
