ITINERARY
DAY 1 - Travel to Washington, D.C.Coach will depart at 6:00am and begin the journey to Washington. Students should bring their own lunch and we will stop for dinner en route. Arrive in Washington, D.C. at approximately 8:00pm and check into the Clarion Hotel Oxon Hill where we will spend the next four nights.

DAY 2 - Sightseeing in WashingtonAfter breakfast, travel to the Pentagon* for a 1-hour tour. Then, visit the Smithsonian Castle, the main information centre for the 17 Smithsonian Museums in the city.
This afternoon, visit the National Air & Space Museum to see the largest collection of historic air and spacecraft in the world. Later at the International Spy Museum, you can explore the world of espionage. After dinner, experience the life of a spy as we go back to the Spy Museum to take part in a special interactive activity, “Operation Spy.”
DAY 3 - Sightseeing in WashingtonThis morning, visit the White House for a residence tour*. Then it’s off to the National Museum of American History, followed
by a visit to the Holocaust Museum, a memorial to the millions of people who died during the Holocaust.
This evening, enjoy a guided coach and walking tour of Washington’s monuments and memorials, including the Washington monument and the Lincoln, Vietnam and Korean Memorials.
DAY 4 - Sightseeing in WashingtonBegin your day with a visit to the Newseum, where 14 major galleries blend five centuries of news history, along with up-tothe-second technology. After lunch, visit the Arlington National Cemetery, the hallowed burial grounds of America’s fallen military. Your guided walking tour will include stops at the Kennedy gravesites and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
This afternoon, pose for pictures with famous celebrities at Madame Tussaud’s wax museum, and pause at the Pentagon 9/11 Memorial. Finish your day at the Pentagon Fashion Center where you’ll have time for shopping.
DAY 5 - Travel HomeAfter breakfast, depart Washington, D.C. at 7:30am to travel back to you school.
